However, please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including damaged prints. Instead, we will only provide replacements for prints that are received in a damaged condition. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and transparency in our business practices. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged Items and Replacements:
If your photography print arrives damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will gladly provide you with a replacement print. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@f22photography.ie within 14 days of receiving the damaged print.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage to help us assess the issue quickly.
Once we verify the damage, we will initiate the process of sending you a new print. In some cases, we may need the buyer to return the damaged print, for such cases the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please do not return the damaged print without first contacting our customer support team. Our team will guide you through the replacement process and provide further instructions.
Returns and Exchanges for Damaged Items:
We will not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than damaged prints. If you receive a damaged print and request a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for sending you the new print.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for any tax or border duties associated with returning or receiving a replacement print, if applicable. Any such charges incurred during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.

Custom Fees and Import Fees:
At f22Photography, we ship our prints to customers worldwide. Please be aware that when purchasing items from f22Photography for delivery outside of Ireland, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
As the recipient and importer of the prints, you are solely responsible for any additional charges that may be applied to your order by customs authorities. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by the importing country’s regulations. In the event that your order incurs customs fees or import duties, f22Photography will not be responsible for covering these charges. Any fees associated with customs clearance or importation are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the rare instance that you choose to return a damaged print for a replacement and customs fees or import duties were paid upon the original delivery, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund these charges. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return process or while receiving the replacement print.
