However, please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including damaged prints. Instead, we will only provide replacements for prints that are received in a damaged condition. Damaged Items and Replacements:

If your photography print arrives damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will gladly provide you with a replacement print. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at within 14 days of receiving the damaged print.

Provide photographic evidence of the damage to help us assess the issue quickly.

Once we verify the damage, we will initiate the process of sending you a new print. In some cases, we may need the buyer to return the damaged print, for such cases the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please do not return the damaged print without first contacting our customer support team. Our team will guide you through the replacement process and provide further instructions.

Returns and Exchanges for Damaged Items:

We will not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than damaged prints. If you receive a damaged print and request a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for sending you the new print.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
